LIST THREE (or more) THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF. They don’t have to be your favorite things, just things that you think are good. Feel free to expand as much or as little as you want.
1. I'm pretty consistent with certain things, like fitness and staying on a meal plan. I have been doing weight training every weekday or everyday for three years.
2. I tend to put myself out there, despite not wanting to and preferring to stay home.
3. I'm able to go out and do things on my own, which on hindsight, I realized is not a common thing? I enjoy things in my own way, so it's good for me to skip making plans and just do my own thing.

If anything just have like fitness blocks where you try new things and challenges. If it fizzles out, switch it up every month. Have some sort of diary, even a video log (online and offline) works well. I use an agenda. I have an agenda to I do 100 day challenges.
We spend our ENTIRE lives figuring ourselves out. Me too! I just learned something about myself last week. The age old advice is "do what works for you." My friends all go together and realized we all hate running so she chose a different cardio routine and I chose dancing.
