It's not easy. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it. I have a why, which is I don't want to have clogged arteries (LOL!) and I want a strong back. NGL. A lot of people struggle with it, so just know you're not alone.
If anything just have like fitness blocks where you try new things and challenges. If it fizzles out, switch it up every month. Have some sort of diary, even a video log (online and offline) works well. I use an agenda. I have an agenda to I do 100 day challenges.
We spend our ENTIRE lives figuring ourselves out. Me too! I just learned something about myself last week. The age old advice is "do what works for you." My friends all go together and realized we all hate running so she chose a different cardio routine and I chose dancing.
